The 2024 schedule was announced by Major League Baseball with the Los Angeles Angels taking an early road trip beginning with Opening Day against the Baltimore Orioles on March 28.

It stands as the earliest Opening Day game in Angels history, beating the previous mark of March 29, 2018, when they opened the year in Oakland. This will be the second time in franchise history the Angels kick off the season against the Orioles, their first being in their inaugural game in 1961.

Following a six-game opening road trip against the Orioles (March 28, March 30-31), Miami Marlins (April 1-3) and an off day, the Angels will host the Boston Red Sox in the Home Opener at Angel Stadium on April 5.

Major League Baseball’s new balanced schedule introduced a number of interleague matchups into the mix, with a total of 46 matchups between National League opponents on the docket for the upcoming season.

The longest homestand of the year features 10 games in 11 days against the Athletics (July 25-28), Rockies (July 30-Aug. 1) and Mets (Aug. 2-4). The road schedule features two different three-city trips: April 12-21 (Boston/Tampa Bay/Cincinnati) and Aug. 19-29 (Kansas City/Toronto/Detroit).

The Angels will conclude the regular season on Sept. 29 vs. Texas, marking the first time finishing consecutive seasons at Angel Stadium since concluding four straight campaigns at home from 2016-19.
